EC approves merger of SCA's and MoDo's fine paper operations The European Commission Merger Task Force has approved the merger of SCA's and MoDo's fine paper and merchanting businesses. According to present plans the new merged company - MoDo Paper AB - will begin operations as of 1 October 1999.
