Insider management

SCA complies with the EU's Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) and related Swedish insider rules and regulations. SCA has an insider policy and an insider instruction that applies to all employees and is updated regularly.

In accordance with MAR, SCA has a list of its Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and persons closely associated with them. SCA's Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities consist of members and deputies on SCA's board as well as all members of SCA's group management.

Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities may not trade in shares or other financial instruments connected to SCA during a period of 30 calendar days before the publication of SCA's financial reports, with the exclusion of the annual report.

Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities at SCA and persons closely associated with them must report their transactions in SCA-related financial instruments to SCA, and to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority within three days of the transaction taking place. These transactions are made public in the Financial Supervisory Authority's PDMR transactions register.
