You are always welcome to contact us if you have questions, comments or complaints about our forest operations. This could be related to our forest operations in general or our forest management certification according to FSC® (FSC® 004466) and PEFC (PEFC/05-23-131).
When you send us an e-mail we create a case number that is registered in our case management system. You will then receive confirmation within ten working days that we have received your e-mail, and information about when you can expect a reply regarding your case. You will receive a new e-mail from us when we have processed your case and can provide you with a reply.

We have a work procedure for questions, comments and complaints linked to our forest certifications under FSC® (FSC® 004466) and PEFC to ensure that these are dealt with as close to the forest as possible .

Step 2: If you do not think you received a satisfactory response from us, you can take up your comment/complaint with the certification body that reviews and issues SCA Forest’s certificates. Our forestry certification under FSC and PEFC is reviewed by DNV which you can e-mail on: fsccomplaints@dnv.com
