Comments or complaints about our forest management

You are always welcome to contact us if you have questions, comments or complaints about our forest operations. This could be related to our forest operations in general or our forest management certification according to FSC® (FSC® 004466) and PEFC (PEFC/05-23-131).

When you send us an e-mail we create a case number that is registered in our case management system. You will then receive confirmation within ten working days that we have received your e-mail, and information about when you can expect a reply regarding your case. During the summer moths there can be a delay in our reply.  You will receive a new e-mail from us when we have processed your case and can provide you with a reply.
