Working time reduction

A significant number of our employees benefit from the ATK system, allowing for additional days off in addition to regular vacation. Employees can choose to receive the premium either in cash or allocate it as an additional occupational pension.

Health and wellness contribution

Employees receive an annual health and wellness contribution that can be utilized for fitness activities and well-being. We also have favorable agreements with numerous fitness facilities.

Specialist care contribution

All permanent employees can apply for contribution for certain health and medical care within private healthcare, if there are long waiting time or if the required care is not available in the public healthcare system.

All employees have collectively agreed occupational pensions and additional pension and insurance coverage. There is health care cost insurance and the possibility of group life insurance.

Supplement to parental insurance

We encourage our employees to take parental leave in a way that suits them. To support employees during parental leave, we provide a supplement equal to ten percent of their salary for six months.

We have a unique staff foundation that provides, among other benefits, access to 150 recreational accommodations.
