Our bioenergy team is based in northern Sweden, with our head office in Sundsvall. We work closely with our customers and supply biofuels to clients across Sweden and throughout Europe.

Delivery request for companies

To the online store
As a residential customer, you can order pellets through our online store. Delivery is included in our consumer prices, and payments are processed securely through Klarna.
If you prefer to buy your pellets locally, you can also find information about our retailers in the online store.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Lunch break: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM

As a residential customer, you can also place your order directly through our online store.
Public holidays
Our customer service team is closed on Walpurgis Eve, Maundy Thursday, Ascension Day and the day after Ascension Day, Midsummer Eve, All Saints’ Eve, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve. On Epiphany Eve, we are open until 12:00 PM.
