Auditors
The 2026 Annual General Meeting elected accounting firm Ernst & Young AB as the company’s auditor for the period until the end of the Annual General Meeting 2027. The accounting firm has appointed Fredrik Norrman, Authorized Public Accountant, as the auditor in charge. The auditor owns no shares in SCA.
The auditor’s task is to examine SCA’s accounting, the Group’s annual report and sustainability report, the Board’s and President and CEO’s administration and the annual reports of subsidiaries and submit audit report.
The Board of Directors meets with the auditor during a number of board meetings throughout the year. The auditor also attends each meeting of the Audit Committee. At these meetings, the auditor presents and receives opinions on the focus and scope of the planned audit and delivers verbal audit and review reports. The auditor also provides an account of consultancy work assigned to the audit firm by SCA and other issues that determine the auditors’ independence.
