Pure premium pulp from Sweden’s far North
SCA Pure (NBSK) and SCA More (CTMP) are premium pulp developed for high, consistent performance. SCA Cirrus is our range of fossil-free by-products from NBSK production.
The raw material is sourced from our growing, certified forests, where carbon is sequestered and renewable fibre is used to produce pulp and green energy. As Europe’s largest private forest owner, we manage our forests for the long term, so they grow more than is harvested. The whole tree is utilised and turned into renewable products such as sawn timber, pulp, biofuels and energy. Making us a leader in net CO₂ absorption and the transition to fossil-free materials.
In 2024, SCA’s climate benefit amounted to 12.3 million tons of CO₂e. This corresponds to more than one quarter of Sweden’s fossil emissions.
