SCA’s Nomination Committee proposes unchanged Directors’ fees

Due to the effects of the corona pandemic, SCA’s Nomination Committe has decided to withdraw its proposal on increased Directors’ fees.
SCA’s Nomination Committee has decided to withdraw its proposal that the Annual General Meeting, to be held on Tuesday 31 March 2020, approve an increase of the Board of Directors’ fees (item 11 on the agenda). Instead, the Nomination Committee proposes no change in the Directors’ fees compared to 2019.
All other proposals from the Nomination Committee to the Annual General Meeting remain unchanged.
