SCA establishes North America business area

SCA establishes North America business area As a result of the acquisition of Georgia-Pacific's tissue operations and the bid for the Tuscarora packaging company in North America, SCA is establishing an American business area, SCA North America, with its head office initially in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As announced previously, the president of the business area is Colin Williams, currently head of the Packaging business area. SCA North America will comprise three business units: a tissue division managed by Lee Bingham, based in Neenah, Wisconsin; an incontinence division under the management of Scott Jungles, based in Philadelphia, and protective packaging division headed by John O'Leary in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Concurrently, SCA's current packaging operations in Asia (Central Packaging) and future packaging operations in Central America will be managed within the new business area.
