SCA enters into lease/lease-back transaction Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA has entered into a lease/lease-back transaction relating to the Östrand pulp mill in northern Sweden. The counterparties are American banks. In accordance with standard practices for this type of transaction, leasing revenues and leasing expenses have been paid in advance. The surplus of the transaction, which amounts to approximately SEK 140 million, will be reported among income from finance operations for the fourth quarter of 2000.
