Early dialogue. Dialogue meetings with local residents and landowners were held both digitally and in person in Bensjö on 10–12 June 2025. The presentation shown and the information sheet distributed at the meetings are available further down the page, under the section “Project documentation”.

The dialogue will continue with residents, the reindeer herding community, businesses and the municipality.

The dialogue meetings give anyone interested an opportunity to learn more about the planned wind power area, ask questions and provide feedback.

2025-11-13 During the year, surveys have been carried out in the Nybodberget area to assess the conditions for a potential wind power development. This has resulted in an initial adjustment of the investigation area compared to what was presented at the dialogue meetings in June. The updated design of the area can be seen in the map provided in the section Project Key Facts.

In November 2025, a delimitation consultation for Nybodberget will be conducted with the County Administrative Board of Jämtland and the Building and Environment Committees of Bräcke and Ånge municipalities. The purpose of this consultation is to inform about the project and gather knowledge and feedback to determine which aspects need to be studied further.

During 2026, the consultation process is planned to be expanded to include the general public, Sámi communities, and other stakeholders, who will then be invited to submit their views and comments on the project.

2025-12-01 The consultation material is now available under the project documentation (see link). The material may be updated ahead of next year’s consultation with the public, Sámi villages, and other relevant stakeholders.
