Decisions at SCA 1999 Annual General Meeting of shareholders Dividend for fiscal year 1998 was approved at SEK 6.50 per share (5.75). The record date for payment of dividends is Monday, 29 March 1999. Payment by VPC (Swedish Securities Register Centre) is expected to be made on Wednesday, 7 April 1999. Bo Rydin, Christer Gardell, Sören Gyll, Tom Hedelius, Sverker Martin-Löf, Lars Ramqvist, Clas Reuterskiöld were reelected. The Articles of Association have been amended to include a so-called conversion clause giving the right to holders of A shares to convert them to B shares. Concurrently, the limit specified in the Articles of Association restricting the number B shares in relation to all shares has been deleted.
