Nomination Committee’s proposal for the Board ahead of the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget

The Nomination Committee of Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA proposes the re-election of board members Charlotte Bengtsson, Pär Boman, Lennart Evrell, Annemarie Gardshol, Ulf Larsson, Martin Lindqvist, Lotta Lyrå, Bert Nordberg and Barbara M. Thoralfsson. The Nomination Committee proposes that Anders Sundström be elected as a new Board member.

Anders Sundström was born in 1952 and has many years of operational experience in industry, as well as the financial sector, including Managing Director of Folksam. Anders also has a extensive experience as Chairman of the Board and Board Member of a number of companies, such as Chairman of Swedbank and KF. He has also held several ministerial posts and other political assignments. Anders is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of KF (until the 2018 Annual General Meeting), Kaunis Holding, MNI Group and Hedlunda Industri AB, as well as board member of a further number of unlisted companies.

SCA’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday March 23, 2018, at 10.30 in Sundsvall, Hotel Södra Berget.
