Organizational changes in the management of SCA

Michael Bertorp, Executive Vice President with responsibility for amongst other things Business Group SCA Americas, will leave his position. -We have had too different views in decisive questions which has led to an agreement that Mr Bertorp is to leave his position as Executive Vice President in SCA. We are in agreement that Mr Bertorp will stay at SCA’s disposal for special assignment, says Jan Åström, CEO and President in SCA. Thomas Wulkan, at present responsible for M/A and business development issues in SCA, will take over responsibility for Business Group SCA Americas.
