Inauguration of the world's most modern grading mill

SCA Wood are pleased to invite you to the inauguration ceremony of our new grading mill at Bollsta Sawmill, the world's safest and most productive grading mill. The investment in the new grading mill contributes to SCA’s philosophy of maximising the value of every tree. Through investment in new technologies and digitalisation, SCA’s sawmills are among Europe’s most efficient.

Program 31st of August 2023

Inauguration at Bollsta Sawmill   

11:30 a.m - 3 p.m Exhibitions, guided tours, entertainment and reception. Lunch will be served. Governor of Västernorrlands county and parts of SCA management will attend. 

The inauguration and tour will take place outdoors and inside the mill facility. Please dress accordingly with full-length trousers and comfortable walking shoes. Mandatory safety equipment for the tour will be handed out on site.

3:00 p.m Transport to Hallstaberget by bus.

Sustainability seminar at Hotel Hallsta Berget, Sollefteå 

4:00 p.m - 5:30 p.m Hans Djurberg, Head of sustainability and Markus Henningsson, Vice President Marketing & Sales are presenting and discussing sustainability opportunities and challenges. We also have external guests at this panel. 

Dinner at Hotel Hallsta Berget, Sollefteå 

7:30 p.m Mingle, dinner and show. Overnight accommodation at the hotel is available as required. 
Dresscode: Business casual.
