Explore the forest – join our trainee program!

Discover the world of forestry and contribute to the future of sustainable practices by becoming a trainee at our forestry business. In our trainee program at SCA Skog, we offer a comprehensive introduction to our diverse operations, providing an understanding of the many values the forest holds and to what you can contribute.

The SCA Skog Trainee Program, spanning twelve months, provides a comprehensive overview of SCA Skog. Throughout the program, you will gain insights into our functions, departments, health and safety priorities, equality initiatives, values, management philosophy, and more. Additionally, you will explore two different functions in greater detail.

After six months of probation, we jointly decide on your continued employment. If you stay with us, we will develop a plan that ties you to a specific function that aligns with a specific function, allowing you to deepen your knowledge or enter a position.

The demand for trainees varies over time, as do the locations we offer. After completing the trainee program, you can apply for or be offered a position in a different location than where you were initially placed.

The core of our business is the growing forest. However, this doesn't mean you have to have a forestry background to work with us. We welcome a diverse range of applicants with different backgrounds and experiences.
