Earier updates Tjärdalsberget

Here you will find, in chronological order, the events related to Tjärndalsberget that were previously communicated under “Latest Updates”.

Between September 28, 2023, and January 19, 2024, a public consultation was conducted for the project. The consultation is now closed, and together with our environmental consultant Sweco, we are currently compiling and responding to the feedback received in a consultation report.

The consultation report forms the basis for continued studies and the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). The consultation material, public exhibition documents, and photomontages can be found under Project Documentation.

During week 17, 2024, a letter was sent to those included in the consultation circle for the planned wind farms Tjärndalsberget and/or Högsvedjan. The letter is published under Project Documentation.

Throughout the summer of 2024, we are continuing with various types of field inventories. In Tjärndalsberget, we will investigate the presence of loons.

Based on requests received during the consultation, we will supplement the Environmental Impact Assessment with additional viewpoints. This means we will photograph the view toward the planned wind farms from more villages and insert the proposed wind turbines into the images.

During week 42, 2024, dialogue meetings for the project were held at Stödehuset. We would like to thank all participants for their valuable questions and discussions. The presentation shown during the dialogue meeting is now published under “Project Documentation”.

During week 24, 2025, an information letter was sent out to those currently included in the consultation circle for the planned wind farms Högsvedjan and Tjärndalsberget.

The letter is published under Project Documentation. The photomontage published on Högsvedjan’s project page includes cumulative images in which Tjärndalsberget is featured. The “Photomontage web map” has been temporarily removed for updates.
