Earlier Updates

Here you’ll find, in chronological order, the events related to Högsvedjan that were previously shared under “Latest updates.”

Between September 28, 2023, and January 19, 2024, a public consultation for the project was carried out.

The consultation is now closed, and in collaboration with our environmental consultant Sweco, we are currently compiling and responding to the feedback received in a consultation report.

The consultation report will form the basis for further studies and the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). The consultation material, exhibition content, and photomontages are available under Project Documentation.

In week 17 of 2024, a letter was sent to those included in the consultation circle for the planned wind farms Tjärdalsberget and/or Högsvedjan. The letter is published under Project Documentation.

During the summer of 2024, various types of field surveys continued. In Högsvedjan, the flight paths of the red-throated divers are being documented. An inventory of local watercourses will also be carried out.

Based on requests received during the consultation, we will supplement the Environmental Impact Assessment with additional photo points. This means we will take photographs of the view toward the planned wind farms from more villages and place visualizations of the proposed turbines in the images.

In week 42 of 2024, dialogue meetings for the project were held at Stödehuset. We would like to thank all participants for their valuable questions and discussions. The presentation shown during the meetings is now available under Project Documentation.
