In March, at the request of shareholders 1,600 Class A shares were converted to Class B shares. The total number of votes in the company thereafter amounts to 1,250,125,959.
The total number of registered shares in the company amounts to 702,342,489 of which 60,864,830 are Class A shares and 641,477,659 are Class B shares.

SCA and Swedish Sámi National Association agree on long-term collaboration between forestry and reindeer husbandry
SCA and the representative organisation for reindeer husbandry and Sámi business and community affairs, the Swedish Sámi National Association (SSR), have signed an agreement aimed at strengthening cooperation between SCA, SSR and the reindeer husbandry sector. The agreement is intended to develop working methods that improve conditions for reindeer husbandry while ensuring that forestry is conducted in a long-term and responsible manner.
SCA to increase kraftliner prices by € 100 per tonne
SCA will increase the prices on all Kraftliner grades in Europe by € 100 per tonne. The new price is valid from April 1, 2026.
