Working time reduction
A significant number of our employees benefit from the ATK system, allowing for additional days off in addition to regular vacation. Employees can choose to receive the premium either in cash or allocate it as an additional occupational pension.
Health and wellness contribution
Employees receive an annual health and wellness contribution that can be utilized for fitness activities and well-being. We also have favorable agreements with numerous fitness facilities.

Occupational pension and insurances

Supplement to parental insurance
We encourage our employees to take parental leave in a way that suits them. To support employees during parental leave, we provide a supplement equal to ten percent of their salary for six months.
150 recreational accommodations
We have a unique staff foundation that provides, among other benefits, access to 150 recreational accommodations. These lodgings are situated in global cities such as Rome, London, and Paris, as well as in Swedish treasures like Visby, Stockholm, and Mölle, and amidst the breathtaking mountain landscapes of Sweden.
