Good health is essential to a good life. At SCA we take care of life for employees and as a result, building a ‘culture of wellness’ is important to us. We care about the health and well-being of the people who work for us.
Over the past four years we have provided Health Risk Assessments and health screenings to employees at all of our U.S. locations to make it as easy as possible for them to fully understand the status of their health. We have also delivered programs on exercise and nutrition, including a weight loss and walking program, which have been well received and resulted in excellent success by participants.
Our partnership with HealthNEXT, has provided SCA, and our employees, with access to doctors and medical professionals. Dr. David Spratt, SCA's chief medical officer, and Eddie Haaz, SCA's chief health officer, are two of SCA’s main HealthNEXT partners who have been providing assistance to employees throughout the health risk assessment screening process.
