We have a global marketplace for our products that requires well-functioning logistics. SCA’s wood products are transported using SCA’s RoRo vessels that service terminals in the UK and on the continent.
These vessels are powered using low-sulphur oil, are equipped with catalytic converters and are among the cleanest vessels that operate in the seas around northern Europe.
About 70 percent of SCA’s wooden products, pulp and paper are transported by sea, and the remainders are sent by truck and rail, often in various combinations to ensure that the products reach customers in the best possible manner.
