SCA Timber Supply, our subsidiary in the UK, comprises a local sales organization, further processing units and nationwide distribution. The operations include a distribution centre in Stoke-on-Trent, a planing facility in Welshpool and wholesale operations in Hull.

As a complement; kitchen worktops, chipboard flooring, melamine coated chipboard, sheets and cut panels of MDF, chipboard, hardboard and plywood.

SCA Timber Supply offers a wide selection of timber products, backed by efficient logistics and IT systems, to business customers across the builders’merchant, DIY and industrial sectors. We are one of the UK’s largest producers of door casing and lining sets, and supply industrial customers with components adapted to their manufacturing needs.
We add value by helping customers to achieve timber chain of custody certification, and can help with carbon footprint calculations on timber emanating from our forests in Sweden. SCA Timber Supply is a member of the construction industry’s Halving Waste to Landfill campaign.

Stoke-on-Trent: At Stoke-on-Trent, our under-cover storage capacity is 23,000 square metres including a multiple loading bay. The site includes a further 19,000 square metres of external storage. Our on-site finishing mill comprises a planing line and high-speed packaging line, from which we produce over a million door casing and lining sets per year. |

Welshpool: Our Welshpool planing facility processes machined timber mouldings and has on-site warehousing and treatment facilities. It also houses our national builders merchant sector sales and administration office. |

Hull: Our wholesale operations in Hull service industrial and trade customers with a range of bulk-supply products. Full cargoes of solid-wood products are shipped from SCA Timber’s sawmills in northern Sweden direct to our King George Dock warehouse. The terminal has a total storage capacity of 25,000 square metres, of which 15,000 are under cover. |
