The period from plant to mature tree is between 80-120 years. Our forests are managed with a long-term perspective, so that we can harvest as much in the future as we do today.
Our forests are cultivated with consideration for nature and the environment. This means that our management methods are adapted to avoid damaging land, air or water. We also work to preserve biodiversity – to ensure that animals and plants can continue living in our forests.
Nature conservation plays a key role in our operations and is integrated into every part of the forestry ecocycle.
