1911: New papermachine I with 1.95 m working width

1951: Paper machine II, Escher Wyss Yankee - machine, 2.35 m working width

1962: Paper machine III Voith-Longwire-machine, 3.87 m working width. Shutdown of paper machine I

1963: Foundation of Papierfabrik Laakirchen AG (Wilfried Heinzel group)

1966: Crepe-paper production on paper machine II

1968: Extension of paper machine III (500 m/min)

1970: Acquisition of paper mill Rittmühle near Vorchdorf. Establishment of Hygiene Paper production

1972: Installation of Tissue paper machine I with 2.65 m working width

1976: Fire in Hygiene production

1977: Extension of Hygiene production, Shutdown of Rittmühle Vorchdorf

1978: Extension of paper machine III (800m/min)

1980: Acquisition of 99.6% of Bunzl & Biach shares by Wilfried Heinzel group

1987: Installation of PM 10 - Start of a new technical era

1988: Integration of Laakirchen into SCA

1991: Conversion of paper machine 10 (1300 m/min)

1991-93: Shutdown of Hygiene production in Laakirchen and transfer of the Hygiene machines to Ortmann 

1994: Start up of an new energy plant in cooperation with Energie AG and OMV

1994: Start up waste combustion plant in Steyrermühl

1995: Start up of deinking plant

1997: Extension of PM 10 with Gap-Former

2000: Start of construction of the new paper machine PM 11 

2002: Shut down of old paper machine PM 3 and production of first Jumbo roll on PM 11 (Ø 3700 mm)

2003: Introduction of a new product for HSWO printing: GraphoNova

2004: Introduction of a new product for Rotogravure printing: GraphoPrestige

2005: FSC Certification (CoC standard)

2006: Certification according to OHSAS 18000 (Safety Management System)

2007: Introduction of a new product for rotogravure printing: GraphoVerde
