November 19 is World Toilet Day. This is a day to remind us that one out of five children die of diarrhoeal disease due to the fact that 2.6 billion people worldwide are without access to proper sanitation.
The main driver behind the World Toilet Day is The World Toilet Organization (WTO), a non-profit organization committed to improving toilet and sanitation conditions worldwide. Companies, governmental and non-profit organisations as well as individuals are celebrating this day in their way.
