ISSA Interclean is a worldwide tradeshow for the cleaning industry. Tork won the visitors’ Golden Broom Award for the most sustainable stand at the exhibit in Warsaw, Poland. The booth consisted of real grass, and visitors could plant a new forest.

“Environment” was one of the main areas of focus for this year’s show. "This is why it was an obvious fit to show our green credentials to visitors attending ISSA," says Brian Parkinson, European marketing director for Away from home products at SCA.
All natural
Tork’s stand consisted primarily of natural materials such as real grass, tables made from tree stumps, and the floor manufactured of untreated wood. The centre of the stand has a large tree “growing” out of it. Tork Elevation dispensers hang from walls made from real tree bark.
Plant a forest
Moreover visitors were invited to sign up to plant a new Tork forest. Each participant received a personalised certificate which confirms that a tree will be planted at a separate event in Northern Poland 100 kilometres from Warsaw in October.
They can plant their own tree or Tork will arrange to do it on their behalf.
