A global approach to green

The Philadelphia Eagles football team has entered a corporate partnership with SCA Americas. SCA’s strong environmental work fits well into the Eagles Go Green environmental program.

Philadelphia Eagles' home stadium"We are very proud to be the supplier of choice of the Philadelphia Eagles, an organization who shares our commitment to environmentally sound practices. We are looking forward to our expanded relationship," said Don Lewis, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for SCA Tissue.

As a result of the SCA partnership, the East Club at Lincoln Financial Field, the Eagle’s home stadium, is now called the SCA Club and Suites and a series of business-to-business events will occur in 2007.

"We warmly welcome SCA as our corporate partner," said Joe Banner, President and COO of the Philadelphia Eagles. "The synergy of our own Go Green environmental program and the green practices of SCA make a powerful statement that we both are committed to championship performance on the field and in our communities."

SCA’s tissue brand Tork is made from 100 percent recycled fibre and is Eco Logo certified. The towel, tissue and napkin products are being used in the restrooms and all public areas of the stadium.
