We believe the success of SCA is linked to things like leadership, innovation, high performance, customer focus and the commitment of all employees in SCA.
In 2011, we ran a global survey of all SCA employees. Action plans for improvements and best practice sharing are in place throughout our business, but one of our key findings was that people love to work for SCA. This was true in all countries in which we operate and it makes us all feel very proud.
In 2013 we will run our next survey, and we are planning to have made improvements by then.
