After bagging 2 awards from "Singapore Star Awards 2008", the Singapore nationwide packaging design competition in August, SCA Packaging Asia has recently won another 2 from the prestigious "Asia Star Awards 2008" with 2 submissions in transport package category.

Organized by the Asian Packaging Federation, the Asia Star awards are divided into 3 categories namely, consumer package, transport package and student category.
As the only regional packaging design competition in Asia, the "Asia Star Awards" is highly recognised within the industry, with entries judged based on wide-ranging criteria such as innovation, functionality & convenience, graphics appeal, appropriateness & efficiency, environmental performance and overall impression. Over 150 entries from all across Asia were submitted towards this year's competition, out of which Packaging Asia successfully emerged with two winning designs in the transport packaging category!
Our 2 winning entries which are both designed and produced at SCA Singapore packaging facility are "Moongazer Bulk Pack", a re-engineering project for Hewlett Packard company and "Enviro Cube", an environmental friendly protective packaging designed for Delphi company.
To date, Packaging Asia has taken home an impressive total of 19 trophies from the "Asia Star Awards" and "Singapore Star Awards" over the last 4 years.
